In Australia, StarKids projects focus on the health and education of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and youth.
We partner with remote Indigenous Australian communities to create supportive early learning environments for children and their parents. By engaging parents around child development in a culturally safe space, communities work together to promote the education and wellbeing of their children.
We also work with schools and Indigenous Australian facilitators to empower young people to become leaders capable of driving positive social change. Students are encouraged to build life skills, strengthen cultural connections, look to the future and confidently engage with school and the world around them. By equipping children with valuable skills today, they can secure greater opportunities for themselves in the future.
